Delete your ReadyScore account
You can permanently delete your account and associated learning data without contacting support.
Delete from the app
Open ReadyScore → Profile → Privacy and support → Delete account. Review the warning and confirm Delete account. The signed-in account, server-side profile, synced exam plans, question attempts, mistake history, refresh sessions, promo redemptions, and identifiable product events are deleted or de-identified as applicable. Local ReadyScore data on that device is also cleared.
If you cannot access the app
Email maksim@subschool.us from the address used for ReadyScore and ask for account deletion. We may need to verify ownership. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention duties.
What may remain
Limited security logs, fraud-prevention records, purchase accounting records, and encrypted backups may remain for the period required by law or our legitimate security obligations, then expire under retention controls. Aggregated or irreversibly de-identified metrics may be retained.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting ReadyScore does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the applicable store account to stop future renewal.
