Terms of Use

These Terms form an agreement between you and SubSchool LTD when you access ReadyScore. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 and able to enter this agreement under the law that applies to you. Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Educational service
ReadyScore provides original SAT- and ACT-style practice, explanations, mistake review, study planning, and readiness estimates. Results are informational and do not guarantee admission, a score, or performance. ReadyScore is not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board or ACT, Inc. SAT is a trademark of the College Board; ACT is a trademark of ACT, Inc.
3. Subscriptions
ReadyScore Pro may be offered as an auto-renewing subscription through Apple or Google. The price, billing period, trial or introductory offer, and renewal terms shown by the store before purchase control the transaction. Payment is charged to your store account. Unless cancelled through that store before renewal under its rules, the subscription renews automatically. Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account. Refund requests are handled under the applicable store's policies. Restoring purchases reconnects an eligible entitlement but does not create a refund.
4. Promo codes
Promo codes may grant limited ReadyScore access or identify an eligible store offer. Codes may have an expiration, redemption limit, audience, or other conditions, are not redeemable for cash, and may be withdrawn when obtained or used fraudulently. A percentage discount is applied only when a matching Apple or Google store offer is available and confirmed before purchase.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security or operation, scrape or redistribute the question bank, reverse engineer restricted components except where law permits, upload malicious content, impersonate another person, or use ReadyScore to violate law or another person's rights.
6. Content and intellectual property
ReadyScore and its original questions, explanations, interfaces, software, and branding are owned by SubSchool LTD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for study. Feedback may be used to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep ReadyScore reliable, but features may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. We may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid functionality.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, ReadyScore is provided without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. SubSchool LTD is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Contact and governing law
