This policy explains how SubSchool LTD processes personal data when you use the ReadyScore mobile application and website.
1. Who we are
ReadyScore is operated by SubSchool LTD, 17 King Edwards Road, 2nd Floor College House, Ruislip, HA4 7AE, United Kingdom. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to maksim@subschool.us.
2. Who may use ReadyScore
ReadyScore is designed for learners aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal data, contact us so we can remove it.
3. Data we collect
We process account data such as email address, display name, authentication provider identifiers, email-verification status, and security tokens; learning data such as selected exams, exam dates, targets, question attempts, correctness, confidence, time spent, mistake-review status, and readiness history; product events such as registration, sign-in, session, practice, paywall, promo, and purchase events; support and question-report information; and technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as timestamps, app version, device platform, IP address in server logs, and error records. We do not collect the text of a learner's answer because ReadyScore currently uses fixed-choice questions.
4. How we use data
We use data to authenticate accounts, sync progress, build adaptive practice, calculate a clearly labeled readiness estimate, schedule reminders requested by the learner, provide support, prevent abuse, fulfill purchases and promotional access, measure retention and product quality, and comply with legal obligations. Readiness is an educational planning estimate, not an official SAT or ACT score prediction.
5. Legal bases
Where applicable, we process data to perform our contract with you, for legitimate interests in operating and improving a secure educational service, with consent for optional marketing communications and device notifications, and to meet legal obligations. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing.
6. Service providers and sharing
We share only the data needed with infrastructure and database hosting providers, RevenueCat for subscription status and purchase events, Apple and Google when you choose their sign-in or store services, and SendPulse for transactional email. Apple and Google process store payments; ReadyScore does not receive full payment-card details. We may disclose information if legally required or to protect users and the service. We do not sell personal data and do not use learning answers for advertising or cross-app tracking.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries outside your own. When required, we use contractual and organizational safeguards intended to provide an appropriate level of protection.
8. Retention and security
Account and learning data are retained while the account is active and for a limited period needed for security, backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Operational logs and aggregated metrics may be retained for shorter or longer periods where reasonably necessary. We use access controls, encrypted transport, hashed passwords, short-lived access tokens, protected secrets, and database backups, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Your choices and rights
You can export learning data, delete practice history, disable optional reminders and marketing messages, and delete your ReadyScore account from Profile. You may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by emailing maksim@subschool.us. Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately in the App Store or Google Play. Depending on your location, you may complain to a data-protection authority.
10. Website cookies
The public ReadyScore site does not use advertising cookies. The admin area uses a strictly necessary secure authentication cookie. Hosting infrastructure may keep standard request and security logs.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when the product, providers, or law changes. We will post the effective date here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights.
